Spring & Coffee

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Wednesday!
For today I have a Spring card that I made for a friend who loves coffee as much as I DO!
I used Lawn Fawn's Perfectly Plaid paper pad.
I think it just screams Spring!
For the layers I used the Stitched Rectangles Dies from Gina Marie Designs.
For a little sunshine, I adhered a die cut sun from the CAC cartridge on to the center of the coffee cup. Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Smile stamp set from APB and sprinkled pretty sequins on my card.

May Your Burdens Be Light....

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Tuesday! (2nd post of the day)
Today, I have a Spring/Coffee Shaker card.
I used the Black & White pattern paper (polka dot & chevron) from Recollections.
The lovely sentiment and coffee cup image is from the Rise and Shine digital set (Freebie) from Verve StampsThank you Verve Stamps!!
For the layers I used the Stitched Rectangles Dies from Gina Marie Designs and Scallop Rectangular Dies. For the shaker portion I used Lemon Midnight Sequins from Annie's Paper Boutique. Then I cut out the sun and adhered it with foam dots for dimension.
To complete my shaker card, I added small white pearls to the coffee cup and a pretty white bow.
This is my 3rd card for the Spring Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!! It's been FUN!!

DCWV March Stack-a-holic Challenge

Good day to all my bloggy friends!
Happy Tuesday!
It's that time again!
It's the March Stack-a-holic Challenge over at DCWV!
I wasn't able to participate in last month's challenge so I am super excited about this one!!
Woo-Hoo!!

Here is the card sketch for the month of March:

Here is what I created for this challenge:
I created a "Thank You" card for a bloggy friend.

I used DCWV's "Halloween Night" stack for the card base.
For the pretty rosette I used the DIY project stack "Folded Fans" from DCWV.
The gold/white & black die cuts circles are from the Halloween Night Stack as well.
I also added a gold adhesive gem. Very pretty!
Next, I used the "Thank you" sentiment from the Mini Greetings stamp set from Your Next Stamp and added gold rhinestones for some extra sparkle.

I love how pretty the rosette turned out. I think I will be making more of them.
